Cystofix® SG med ett sortiment av fyra punktionsset som erbjuder ytterligare säkerhet vid subrapubisk katetrisering tack vare:
- Den välkända Seldingertekniken som allmänt används vid central venkatetrisering1) och perkutan nefrostomi.2)
- 18G punktionsnål (1,3mm) som är mycket tunnare än de flesta splittkanyler och troakarer (upp till 8mm)
Cystofix® SG finns tillgängligt med ett brett sortiment av utbytesset som möjliggör långvarig subrapubisk katetrisering vid behov.

- Designad för enkel införsel vid återplacering av katetern (ingen krage)
- Kan återplaceras upprepade gånger och lämpligt för långtidsbärande8

Indikation
Sets for suprapubic catheterization. Suprapubic catheterization contributes to the prevention of Nosocomial UTI. “There is a lower rate of infection in those with a suprapubic rather than urethral catheters despite the former being used for two weeks or longer.”
